About Ms. Rosemary

Congress Portraits 2025 Retouch-62_websize.jpg

I am Ms. Rosemary, a mother, a Christian, a conservative businesswoman, proven leadership educator, an advocate, and above all a representative for our Ohio, our business, our babies, and people.

Respect requires more than civility. It demands that we move beyond color, socio-economic status, or differences in character; or politics. It asks us to stand firm in conviction over emotion and to choose progress over simply talking about solutions regarding broken systems.

If you were born more than three decades ago, the American Dream was embedded in you running parallel to the promise that we would be judged by the content of our character, not the color of our skin. I have worked hard to lead with dignity and pursue success by the strength of my values, work ethic, my education, and not labels like DEI. Dreams don’t become reality without strategic goals, a plan, and perseverance.

It is time for a new reign of the Republic, a golden-age, with a perfect collective of old and new ideals towards strengthening what matters most - Our Ohio. Our Businesses. & Our Babies. Ourselves.  It is time to "Unify" the USA.

Let us take a moment to remember that diamonds are made under pressure, and that adversity doesn’t break us it shapes us into something stronger. In this time when too many are shouting just to be heard, I choose to listen. I choose to activate with kindness, love, and respect it changes everything. I am living proof.

I say: “I respect your choice, even if I don’t support it. I respect your opinion, even if I don’t agree.” That’s not weakness that’s strength. That’s how we build a future where every voice matters and every child has a chance to reach the American Dream.

I’ve spent decades in the trenches holding the line on the issues that matter most to Ohio: infant and maternal health, youth safety, infrastructure, small business development, and systemic and educational disparities. Because to me, policy isn’t just paperwork it’s personal. Change doesn’t happen by accident. It takes hard work. It takes leadership. It takes ownership.

Rebuilding Faith in the American Dream is:

  • Pursuing our purpose, supporting our families, and raising our babies in a safe community.

  • About, economics, all of us living the lives we worked for, and we dreamed of.

  • Moving beyond the poverty mindset and circumstance some of us were born into toward a successful future that was earned not given.

  • Receiving what is owed, not more and not less.

  • Finally, the American Dream is about retiring with respect and dying with dignity ... and leaving a LEGACY!

I don’t run through walls I walk around them. And when I must, I rise above them.  I don't wait for opportunities; I seek them out or create them to better our America - Our Ohio. Many times, I had to do it alone, but today I am not alone I have you. I need you!

This campaign is for those who are tired of soundbites without real solutions. It’s for people who want legislators who will listen, act, and deliver results. Together, we can restore faith in the American Dream not as a slogan, but as a promise.

I am living proof that while the journey may be hard, everything can be okay because real change happens when courage meets compassion, and compassion is followed by execution. With respect, unity, and action, we can rebuild the American Dream for Ohioans together.

“I believe in a just society one that honors hard work, safety, upholds the rule of law, strengthens families and the economy, and gives every American the freedom to pursue their God-given purpose to achieve the American Dream.”

If you believe we can rebuild together Let's Go Rosemary Red on May 5th in the Primary! Vote Early April 6th.

Rosemary became pregnant at 16. This photo is a picture at age 18 and 1 years old.

After 1,311 days Rosemary on March 30, 2025 was able to open the doors of Holloway House & Resource Center. A  property transformed into a $2M facility to educate and house adolescent parents and their babies. Located in North Avondale.

Rosemary pictured with her son, Ron (24) a graduate of Aiken High School.  Her daughter, Jaliah, (29) a graduate of Walnut Hills High School & Muskingum University. Both live and work in Cincinnati Ohio.

Rosemary Oglesby-Henry is a Cincinnati native born and raised in Avondale.  Her mother works in a nursing facility and her father is a retired veteran.  She is a community leader and proven nonprofit CEO who has transformed her personal challenges into a mission to empower Ohio’s families. As a teen mother, Rosemary overcame adversity to build a successful 501c3 impact organization Rosemary’s Babies Co. that promotes self-sufficiency for young parents ages 9-19 years old; serving more than 3,000 families. In 2024, she transformed a Cincinnati eyesore into a first of its kind $2M state-of-the-art health-focused facility, Holloway House & Resource Center, that provides a two-year housing and education program for young moms and their babies. Additionally, she retrofitted her former office space into a community play center for babies and toddlers, Petals Playhouse & Activity Center. The hidden gem that was needed in the community, is education focused, autism-friendly, and incorporates sensory-sensitive measures for babies. Her faith-driven leadership, deep community roots, and pragmatic problem-solving approach uniquely position her to represent Southwest Ohio families in US Congress.

Rosemary Oglesby-Henry known affectionately as Ms. Rosemary is a conservative, results-driven leader with a proven track record of service and impact. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University. In addition, she has earned numerous certifications in human services, business, leadership, and a PMP. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters.

An award-winning CEO, educator, and Christian author, Ms. Rosemary has spent more than a decade strengthening families, promoting common-sense policy solutions, and creating opportunities for working people across Southwest Ohio. Her dedication and influence have earned her national recognition, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, inclusion in the Ohio 500 Most Influential & Powerful Leaders, and acknowledgment as an Emerging Leader by Forbes Magazine.

Rooted in faith and guided by conservative principles from her parents, Rosemary believes in personal responsibility, fiscal discipline, and the power of strong people to transform communities. She strived to break generational cycles within her family. From homeless to income-based housing, to a more than decade career at the United States Postal Service to now a candidate for US Congress. She has dedicated her career to empowering individuals through education, service, and practical solutions that improve lives without growing government dependence.

As the Founder and CEO of a successful nonprofit, Rosemary Oglesby-Henry has proven she knows how to deliver results not just talk about them. Under her leadership, her organization doubled its revenue in under four years while launching life-changing programs that empower young parents to become independent, self-sufficient contributors to our local economy. Her innovative approach has earned national recognition and, more importantly, the trust of thousands of families across Ohio.

Her passion for small business development has fueled her mission to help others succeed. To date, she has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses, driving economic growth and opportunity across Greater Cincinnati.

Oglesby-Henry is a lifelong advocate for educational excellence at every level. She played a leading role in bringing Regeneration Schools from Chicago to Cincinnati and has been a strong proponent of expanding educational options in Ohio, particularly for families whose children learn differently. Formerly, as a homeschooling parent, she understands firsthand the importance of choice in education. She alongside her son once rallied to keep his charter school, Carpe Diem, open to ensure he could graduate from a school that met his needs.

Ms. Rosemary was previously married for more than two decades to her first love.  She has two adult children. She spends her time traveling and focusing on her philanthropy efforts locally and nationally.
